Refund policy

We love our product and we hope that you will be delighted with it too, but if for any reason it wasn't what you expected, please reach out to us at help@scrib3dpen.com within 30 days from the day you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from SCRIB3D LLC. via the SCRIB3D Store (the "Store"), or one of our registered resellers, and be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that product returns cannot be accepted in person at our office address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process

Please email help@scrib3dpen.com to inform us of your wish to return products. Please ensure you quote your order number. We will allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Timing

If approved for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once the item is returned. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at help@scrib3dpen.com.
